Well, here I´m sitting now on the ferry from Holyhead, Wales, to Dublin and I miss you and I´m sorry but unfortunately that doesn´t change a damn thing.

If I could I surely would turn back time and do it all in a different way

but it is what it is and no church bells will ever ring

- at least not for the 2 of us, baby ! I took it all for granted and

now I feel like an eagle who has lost one wing.

So here I am back on the road again and that´s probably just where I belong.

Maybe I´ll never get closer to what we had anymore than I am when I´m singing one of "our" songs.

I really thought that you and me - that was the real thing, baby, but you just can´t make one right out of two wrongs and here we go....
